I really enjoyed playing this game but the ads are ridiculous so time consuming they pop up so much you won't want to keep playing.i don't care for the ads first of all but to come on before the game then again after loading then again after you tap on an item then again to switch lands then the process will continue. I don't mind watching an ad if I choose to for extra rewards but to just be over run with them everytime I click on something. I quit playing because too many ads this sucks

If you spend a little money the ads go away, which were ridiculous. I love this game. It has some pretty long and lengthy goals. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to build the characters. You should have a way to produce the parts specifically for them. It would be awesome if energy was restored faster. The big chests that you win shouldn't take 24 hours either and if they are going to take 24 hours it should be a "grand" chest that give rubies, dark blue coins, energy, and character pieces.

the ads are overwhelming and customer support is non existent. watching ads to speed things up or get some extras is one thing. but they make you watch ads over and over again. many you can't even mute. if you report them, you will see the same ad again 20 more times that day. I have gone to customer service because the side seasonal quests have gone away and needed to find out what happened. been texting everyday for 3 days and got nothing. bout to uninstall this.
