I've played Eve from the beginning. It's very hard to play for free. The Plex price has risen uncontrollably. The developers keep adding different things that make casual play impossible. I refuse to change play style and why should I. (Scanning) I now get scanned down in a mission. So all that training time invested in Battleships is useless. This game is not for the casual player. Either invest a lot of time or real money. I'm now refusing to do both.

Okay, the game is gorgeous, the gameplay a little complex but still intriguing, and I love the premise of the game. But it is so dang greedy. I know the concept of pay to win, but pay to progress? That's insane troll logic. I've maybe spent three or four hours total in game, and in that last hour I spent a little over $20 in order to get "Plex" currency, including a $14.99 purchase for a month long Omega package. The game will literally not progress until I buy a certain amount of Plex.

Its a great mobile port. Graphics are solid. Game play is solid. My only gripe is that you have to subscribe for basic Omega to access the skills needed to be competitive. Even if the skill is unlocked with points invested you lose access if you don't resub. Same with the faction ships. Even if you spend 1B+ isk on the ship and own it, you can't access it without paying the sub. Please stop being so greedy Netease as you will lose players.
