 totally sucks ,constantly losing connection, one ear works, then the other doesn't, then it switches to the other, back and forth. need to always turn phone off then back on to connect with the devices options when out in public. when the app doesn't connect I need to delete it and then reload it. and pair my hearing aids to reconnect. such a frustrating app. Do not leave your standard reply that you send to everyone...Let us know that you're truly improving by fixing your app!

I love the idea of the app, but 80 percent of the time it doesn't work. after having read some reviews, I find that I am having similar problems. Not connecting, disconnecting, having to turn the phone on and off multiple times to get it to connect to both hearing aids. I've tried uninstalling and re installing, nothing seems to work. Please don't patronize me by giving me a pat or standard reply. Fix the app!

in 2025 you would think they could make an application that works. By far the most buggy software, turns off Bluetooth and works on one ear and then stops. Bluetooth trying to connect random works then stops. Controls don't stay set when you open the application it reverts to previous setting. I tried this on 3 different phones and get the same results so it's the software. Asking to fix is futile they don't make any money off the application.
