we use it at my work place cafe. it generally good and its nice to out the order in before walking across campus to pick it up. overall, adds time to your lunch break because the food is prepared at the start of the break, not 15 mins into it. 1 star reduction because the app does crash couples a week and you have to close it and start your order over again.

Barely usable, default to their preferred payment option and doesn't let me remove it or set my own default - this has caused issues with charges going where I haven't planned. Interface sometimes crashes when trying to order basic items, everything is on a different screen, so it is 300 clicks to do any simple task.
