This app has bugs specifically with log in. I am astounded that UMR are too cheap to fix these simple issues given that they are a HEALTH CARE PROVIDER! In addition, it's about as useful as the information on your medical card. Good luck getting the chat to have anyone to help you. Actually, don't waste your time call them directly. You'd think that with the amount they push the use of the app that it would actually work...

My main issue with the app is that while I have immediate access to my EOBs, I am unable to print them off. This wasn't an issue a few months back. It seems the print capability disappeared after a recent update. Not happy about this since I like having a printed copy of my EOB to compare with the printed bills I receive for services rendered. Please bring back the print capability!!!!!!

This has to be the worst insurance app I have ever used. Blue Cross, Aetna and Manulife (Canada) ones were far superior. I have been on this for just over 1 month, and their servers have already been down 3 times. Claims take for ever to process, still waiting on 1 EOB 30 days later. The interface is overall clunky and outdated. A lot on in-app links lead to dead ends. Even received a marketing email from them with a broken link to the promo. Digital disaster.
