totally stuck. Can't get OTP code on my phone, so I can't progress forward. no other options exist within the App. tried different phones, different phone numbers, on different days. will have to email them which could be slow, but frustrating

Can't solve the issue of not receiving OTP on my phone number, I tried several phone numbers and none received an OTP. I missed out on an important service I needed. Customer service responded quite fast but has only one reply that they will contact me once the issue has been solved it's been over a month and no follow up has been made.

This is the most trashiest app I've ever seen. From billion of opt code issues, user flow errors when creating new pass pin, it automatically logging out when exit app. I've never seen such extreme amount of issues from an official authority site and it's such a huge shame.
