Space Menace is an epic sci-fi space RTS and battle game that puts you in the captain's chair, with the fate of the galaxy in your hands. Starting off small with just one ship, you'll embark on an incredible journey that will see you rise to glory and fortune through a combination of cunning strategy, tactical prowess, and resource management.
With multiple paths to progress, you can earn money through freelance missions or simply by taking on other ships and collecting valuable salvage. As you expand your fleet and equip it with weapons, utilities, and strike craft, you'll face surprising elements and make critical decisions that will determine your survival in the hostile and unforgiving vacuum of space.
At the heart of Space Menace is a deep and immersive gameplay experience that combines top-down 2D battles, customization options for your fleet, and a rich sci-fi setting that is sure to keep you engaged for hours on end. You get what you pay for. The game has what one would expect out of a space sandbox game, minus trading. That is; score some cash, go parts hunting, get bigger ship, repeat until were happy to go further. Kindof reminds me of flash games of old, including its jankiness here and there. Having finished at least siding with one faction i can say that there were things the dev/s wanted to add, but arent quite there yet. Perhaps thats the main point of SM2. I dont regret my purchase tho, not at all.

The space battles look amazing. The equipment management is good too. You can also prioritize which missions to take depending on your planned path in order to minimize the number of jumps to different sectors which adds to the entertainment.

I played the demo got around 20,000 credits some good ships and upgrades and basically beat the game up to the point you could in the demo so I bought this and my progress from the demo did not save. not worth the money don't buy.
