The app works fine, but delivery times are painfully slow — usually over an hour, and sometimes even two. Ironically, calling restaurants directly and arranging delivery myself is much faster. For a food delivery app, that’s a pretty epic fail. Wouldn’t recommend.

In the beginning when foodmandu was introduced in Chitwan it was one of the best and fastest food delivery apps, but now I have seen the change in its quality of delivery service. The time slot for available delivery time is always late and delivery in itself has gotten later than I was usually used too.

This app is easy to use and has a good selection. I use OneMart, mostly. It is for groceries. You can get your order in 20 minutes. The tracking and notification are very good. Deliveries, on OneMart, over 1,000 NPR's do not charge for delivery, so you can tip the amount you want.
