app won't even allow you to change the delivery time after the updates which is frustrating! Now it doesn't even give you options to cancel the delivery for next day bec the app selection is pushed all the way down! also, they've delivered my packages to the wrong address several times which is way more frustrating especially for a service that you are paying for!! FIX YOUR APP and make it work!!!

This is the opposite of helpful for me. We've turned a tax payer service, into a less useful. Not even more hours, paid service. This is stupid & it's been nothing but an issue for myself. I've had multiple issues receiving packages.... that's literally the only service that you provide, how could you mess it up, repeatedly??

Service is a waste of money. If you are deciding between an apartment that makes you pay for fetch and one that doesn't, go with the one that doesn't. Most packages get delivered fine, but far too often there are missed delivery windows and lost packages that don't show up for scheduling, and then you have to file a report through their app. This leads to scripted customer service replies that are entirely for show, imo. If you have time critical packages, definitely avoid this service.
