Sensor constantly loses signal, sometimes up to 6x a day. The glue adhesive doesn't always stay well after day 10 so I have to put a bandage on it to keep it from falling out, which has happened before. The alarm is too loud, never staying at the setting I put my alarms at, which is especially a problem when it's in the middle of the night and I'm startled awake very badly to the point that it affects my blood pressure. Other than that, it works fwcently. Please fix.

The app is rather problematic, with regards to the alarms & notifications. The mere fact that I cannot truly block notification sounds & alarm sounds permanently is unacceptable. Further, when the alarms go off at full volume, is BAD as it not only disturbs me, but my spouse as well. SHE gets very angry when her sleep is interrupted. The fact that a loss of signal with the sensor - which can be quite temporary - requires a LOUD ALARM, is not a 'feature' that I am willing to live with. FIX IT.

These CGM's have been nothing but problems. The first one I got was defective, and the company sent me another, which fell off within 5 days and the pharmacy said it was too soon to get another one. So I had to wait for a new one in the mail. That one fell off in 6 days, so I used my RX. The app frequently crashes and constantly loses signal. Yes, it's better than finger sticks, but only when it works. Fix app crashes, signal loss, and adhesive issues please.
