While I continue to play this game daily because I truly enjoy it, it has a few minor problems that it needs to address. First, the gems needs to be adjusted for the level of play and the redemption of said gems needs reevaluating. Second, some bonuses never come no matter how much you bet or the time spent. I think the algorithms are way too high for winning them and need adjustments. Lastly, for the levels I play and the amounts that are bet (sometimes in the trillions), awards be higher.

I play every day but I have a lot of trouble with the game stuttering while spinning. A lot of pausing then flipping off a good roll. I end up with low scores. I'm lowering my score because of this problem. There is still stuttering, however, I do love playing these games especially Chile Fire. I need to try some of the other games, and I will when I get tired of Chili Fire. Well, I can't even open this game. So I'm going to uninstall it. It's too bad. Thanks for the app.

We are sorry for your trouble. We checked the game from our end but cannot reproduce your issue. We found your device memory should be not large enough to run the game normally. Please close other apps, delete unnecessary apps and files, then try to switch to Cellular network or WIFI to see if the game will load normally

Ok, so the games and payouts are good, but, and a very big but, you have ads when opening, ads after big wins, ads when changing games...ads, ads, ads. In some instances I've counted upwards of 5 or more ads and honestly it's extremely annoying to the point that the game is not even worth playing. Whoever programmed this for you, well, not good. This is why I only rate as a 2!!!!
