## Heart Rate Monitor
The heart rate monitor is disabled by default because it requires permission.

In order to display the heart rate under the battery indicator, please open the watch face customization on your watch, swipe to the Sensor section, click on the battery indicator, and grant permission. Your heart rate is now displayed every 10 minutes.
