The app is fine, helpful even, but Snapshot sucks. You're required to allow it constant access & it drains the battery. Turning it off doesn't help bc it'll turn itself back on even if the phone hasn't moved at all. The driving records are inaccurate, too. Some are logged, some are not. If you use hand-free through Bluetooth, it'll log it as if you're using the device. It has logged my trips as if I'm riding on a bus/bicycle & if you hit a pothole it activates hard braking. It's not worth the $.

The amount of times I have had to change my password is ridiculous and time consuming. The app is like "oh you havent logged in for a while, we know you have biometrics but thats not enough." Yeah, I only log on once a month to pay the bill. Is 30 days in between logins sketchy for an app where you pay a MONTHLY BILL? I have never had to make so many passwords for an app. Also, why isnt my fingerprint enough? The rates are fine I guess. Just let me pay my bill and move on.

Great service since you still have humans, and that's the main reason I stick with your team. However, the billing dates, process, and withdrawal are completely random , different amounts, and do not match with the info provided over the phone. In the long run, everything ads up, but a random $250 dump on the credit isn't what I expected after a quick policy change.
