This is a wonderful app for reporting crimes and disturbances. It's just too bad that's where it stops. The City of Tacoma never responds to anything, they just "assign" requests to other departments and then nothing happens. After a couple of weeks, they just archive the request and it completely disappears. Not sure what our tax dollars are getting us in NE Tacoma. The "law enforcement" here is a joke.

I've seen some issues resolved fairly quickly by using this app to report the problem. I've also seen issues linger for a few weeks. If you don't at least attempt to use the app and make your concern known, it may never get addressed. I truly do appreciate the employees of the City of Tacoma who are driving the streets, following up on these things. I pray for their safety. We all deserve to be able to go home safely every day/night.

Tried to submit multiple requests on two different cell phones connected to multiple different wifi connected and without and refuses to upload. Keeps saying cannot connect and to retry
